67 Logie Green Road Edinburgh

Kelvin Properties is an award-winning developer based in Glasgow, specialising in providing new homes for sale. We are a premium developer with proven track record of delivering developments of real quality.

We have recently agreed to acquire 67 Logie Green Road in Edinburgh from Four Square charity, allowing them to unlock capital to purchase new accommodation for their hostels. In September 2021, we sought views from the public and business community on our proposals. The consultation is now closed. Thank you to those of you who took the time to comment. We will review and respond to all comments prior to submitting a planning application in Autumn 2021.
